Situated amidst lush green surroundings, this enchanting stone house offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Known as the "Combe Negro," this charming abode warmly welcomes guests to unwind and recharge. The picturesque landscape adorned with trees will captivate your heart, allowing you to revel in the tranquility of this sanctuary. With its tasteful and spacious interior, complete with personalized decorations and a private spa, this comfortable home beckons you to indulge in a delightful vacation. Outside, you can take leisurely strolls in the garden, find solace under the shade of pine trees, or luxuriate in the 11 x 5 swimming pool (open from April to October) with salt filtration. During your stay, you can embrace a variety of pleasures such as countryside walks, hiking on marked trails, and biking on the secure greenway (bike path). Within a half-hour drive, you can explore the wonders of the West side, including the beautiful villages of Vitrac (ranked the 3rd most beautiful village in France) and Domme (a medieval citadel), as well as the captivating castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, and Milandes, and the stunning gardens of Marqueyssac and Eyrignac. Additionally, you can visit the renowned Lascaux II caves. Not to be forgotten, the medieval town of Sarlat also awaits your discovery. On the other side, you can explore the charming towns of Martel and Rocamadour, as well as the Lacave caves and Padirac. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate our furry friends in our guesthouse, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Within this delightful abode, you will find a spacious suite featuring a king-sized bed, a cozy sitting area, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private indoor spa for two. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, all within a comfortably air-conditioned space spanning 80 m². Amenities include WiFi, a 102 cm flat-screen TV, TNT, an iPod dock, an iPhone charger, a baby bath, a high chair, and a crib. A small terrace overlooking the pool is located at the front of the house, providing a lovely spot to relax. This delightful accommodation offers a spacious suite with a luxurious 180 bed, a cozy sitting area, a stylish living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Additionally, it boasts a private indoor spa for two, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and provides exceptional comfort, all within an air-conditioned 80 m² space.

Guests will also enjoy modern amenities such as Wifi, a flat screen 102 cm TV, TNT channels, and an iPod and iPhone listening station. For families with young children, a baby bath, high chair, and cot are available upon request.

Outside, a charming terrace with comfortable garden furniture overlooks the inviting pool, creating a serene and enjoyable atmosphere for guests to unwind and soak up the surroundings.

Nous avons, ma compagne et moi, séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet écrin de bonheur.
Je n'espère qu'une chose c'est de pouvoir y retourner le plus vite possible.
De plus l'accueil est hors du commun.
