You can easily explore the historic sights of Marseille on foot, as they are located within walking distance. Additionally, the Parc des Exposition (Parc Chanot), Stade Vélodrome (home of the Olympique Marseille football team), and Gare Saint Charles (railway station) are just 2 métro stations away.
If you want to visit the calanques, beaches, Cassis, or Aix en Provence, buses are available for transportation. Nearby, you will also find La Timone and La Conception hospitals.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area that offer a variety of cuisines. Some popular dining spots can be found in Place Castellane, Cours Julien, Place Notre Dame du Mont, and the old port.
If you are arriving by train, take the métro line 2 from Gare Saint Charles, with its terminus in Sainte Marguerite Dromel. Get off at Castellane, which is the 3rd stop. From there, go up Boulevard Baille and rue de Lodi to reach 84 F rue de LODI.
For those traveling on the A7 motorway, take the Gare Saint Charles exit and follow boulevard d'Athènes. Continue along boulevard Dugommier and Cours Lieutaud until you reach boulevard Baille. At the traffic lights, turn left and proceed up boulevard Baille. Rue de Lodi will be on your left.
If you are coming from the A50 motorway, you will enter Marseille via boulevard Dulpuech. Turn right onto avenue de Corinthe, then onto rue de l'Abbé Féraud. Take another right onto rue Robert Brun and finally, turn onto rue de Lodi.
