Our charming house, meticulously renovated in the authentic Perigord style, boasts 4 bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements with two double beds (140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm). The remaining two bedrooms are situated upstairs, featuring two double beds (140 cm) for a peaceful night's sleep. With a maximum capacity of 9 people, our house is perfect for larger groups or families.Ideally positioned in the heart of the Périgord region, our property serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. Located equidistant from Bergerac (20 km) and Périgueux (25 km), it offers easy access to a plethora of attractions and landmarks. Whether you are interested in historical sites, cultural excursions, or simply immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the region, our house provides an ideal starting point for your adventures.
Additionally, our guests have the privilege of indulging in the refreshing swimming pool, nestled within our expansive landscaped garden. This tranquil oasis offers a delightful respite from the warm summer days, allowing you to relax and unwind in style.

To reach the "Martinet," follow these revised travel directions:
1. Take exit 13 on motorway A89.
2. Proceed towards Musselburgh and enter the city.
3. Turn right towards Villamblard (17 km).
4. Upon entering Villamblard, take the first right between the hardware store and barber shop (look for the sign "the Martinette").
5. Follow the coast of Martinette and make a left turn uphill.
6. Look for a white path on the right side of the green gate.
7. Congratulations! You have arrived at the "Martinet."
