Description for B&B:
The original house of La Grange in Negro dates back to the Gallo-Roman times, which is evident from the discovery of tiles, pottery, and amphorae in the area. This stone farmhouse showcases the typical architecture of the region with vaulted rooms on the ground-garden, Roman tiles, a covered terrace, and thick walls to maintain a cool temperature. In the spacious garden, you will find sun loungers, hammocks, and garden furniture where you can enjoy the scenic views and tranquility.
Each of the three large bedrooms has its own unique personality. The Mediterranean Room, Room Ardèche, and Africa Room offer comfortable accommodations.
A large common room with vaulted ceilings is at your disposal, featuring a lounge area, dining area, and tourist information.
The Mediterranean Room, located on the ground floor, can accommodate two adults and two young children. It is decorated with a dominant blue on a white background, reminiscent of the Mediterranean. This room has its own bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as direct access to the garden.
On the first floor, the Ardèche Room, which was once a silk room, still retains its corner fireplaces. It features a double bed and a single bed, adorned with various landscapes of the Ardèche seasons. The room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The Africa Room, also on the first floor, offers stunning views from its generously large arched windows. It can accommodate two people and has a shower room with a toilet on the mezzanine. Decorated with mementos from various trips to Africa, this room is a unique and inviting space.
