This charming stone house with a medieval tower and surrounding park is situated on the Pilat plateau, just 25 km from St Etienne, 80 km from Lyon and Le Puy. Attached to the owners' house, this 63 sq. m property on the raised ground floor offers a separate entry and back-to-back layout. The main living area consists of a cozy lounge with a fireplace and original wainscoting, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. The property features two bedrooms, one of which is accessed through a unique tower staircase and boasts a vaulted ceiling. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed and two beds measuring 120cm wide. A modern shower room is also available. For entertainment, there is a DVD/CD player provided. Central heating ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year. In addition, guests have access to a private 300 sq. m garden. The owners have meticulously restored this property with great respect for its history, preserving the authentic feel of an old manor house. Conveniently, all necessary shops can be found nearby.
