Situated just 200 meters away from Lake Orta in the picturesque Oira fraction of Common Nonio, the Host/Guesthouse House is a charming two-story country house that has carefully preserved its period architectural structure while undergoing partial renovations.

The first floor boasts a tranquil outdoor courtyard, perfect for peaceful meals and discussions. Inside, the atmosphere is enhanced by beautiful arches and paintings, creating a romantic and relaxing ambiance.

On the second floor, a stunning balcony offers expansive views of the surrounding area. The newer wooden structures blend seamlessly with the original design, and the high ceilings add a touch of grandeur.

Large windows not only allow for optimal brightness, but also create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The rooms are adorned with a soothing yellow color, promoting relaxation and providing constant opportunities for contemplation.

The ground floor is equipped with high-quality materials that retain heat and minimize noise. Spanning 160 square meters, it features four spacious rooms, three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms. The upper floor covers 180 square meters and offers the same generous room configuration. The entire house underwent a complete renovation in early 2013 and is essentially brand new.
