We have a spacious room that can accommodate up to 3 people. It features a comfortable bed measuring 160x200 and an additional bed measuring 90x190, both with fresh sheets provided. We also offer a crib, high chair, and baby changing mat for families traveling with little ones. The room includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. You'll have plenty of storage space with a very large closet available.

Our former stables have been transformed into a charming 45 square meter living space. It includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined living and sleeping area. You'll find a comfortable BZ bed and an additional single bed, both with linens provided. The kitchen is equipped with household supplies such as a ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, and a dishwasher. Other amenities include a fridge, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi.

For our cottages, we offer breakfasts that are conveniently available in the apartments.

Our bed and breakfast rates are as follows:
- 65 € for one person, including breakfast for one night.
- 80 € for two persons, including breakfast for one night.
- Children up to 12 years old can stay for 25 €.
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Welcome to our charming renovated farmhouse, where you will find the "Eure Cottage and Barn" in Rouen. These independent apartments, separate from the main house and other buildings, have been fully restored to offer two spacious accommodations: an 80m2 and a 100m2 apartment. Perfect for hosting families or small groups of 2 to 12 people, these two apartments can be rented together.

The 1873 barn apartment, with its rustic charm, offers a suite with generous dimensions that is sure to captivate you. It features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a cozy lounge area with a sofa bed and an extra single bed, and a private terrace. We also provide a baby cot and a high chair upon request.

Our cottage/guesthouse holds a 3-key Clévacances accreditation and a 3-star rating from the prefecture, ensuring your comfort and tranquility during your stay, whether it's for one night, a weekend, or a full week.

The bedroom in this cottage features a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190), with all necessary bed linens provided. We also offer complimentary baby equipment including a cot, a high chair, and a changing mat upon reservation. The bathroom boasts a shower with a massaging jet, and there is a separate toilet. Additionally, you will have access to a utility room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer. The cottage also offers ample storage space with a large closet.

Please note that upon arrival, a security deposit of €500 is required, as well as a €150 cleaning fee. The rental charges include 8 kW of electricity and water per day, with any excess electricity usage being an additional charge. We also offer towel rentals at €5 per person, which includes one bath towel, one towel, and one glove. For your convenience, we provide an optional cleaning service at a rate of €150.

Located on the first floor above the Eure Gite "The Team," the Rouen Barn apartment is a duplex with three bedrooms and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. It features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, a sink with storage, and a changing table. The living room boasts a cathedral ceiling, adding to the overall charm of the space. As with our other accommodations, we provide a washing machine, a dryer, a baby cot, a high chair, and a changing mat upon reservation.
