Immerse yourself in the pleasures of the sea, whether it's lounging on the fine sandy beach or engaging in various water sports. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the countless coastal and forest hikes available just 800 meters away. The nearby Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Park offers a unique opportunity to observe water hens, herons, and cranes, depending on the season. Immerse yourself in the charm of living amidst nature's wonders. Additionally, this location is in close proximity to exceptional historic sites such as the American cemeteries in Colleville, the German cemetery in Cambe, the Pointe du Hoc, and the famous Bayeux Tapestry depicting Queen Mathilde's story (just a 15-minute drive away). J'ai séjourné dans ce gîte avec mes parents et leur petit chien, nous avons vraiment apprécié.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et la situation est idéale pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Quant à notre petit chien, il était au paradis grâce au beau jardin qui entoure la maison.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow these travel directions:

2. Bayeux: For transportation within Bayeux, utilize the City bus service called COME BAYEUX.

4. Train: Another option is to take the train from Paris St Lazare to Bayeux, which also takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes.
5. Sea: If coming from England, you can reach the destination by taking the Car-Ferry from the ferry terminal at Caen-Ouistreham to Portsmouth.
