We extend a warm welcome to you in our dedicated space of over 50m². Conveniently situated on the ground floor, it offers a private entrance, allowing you the freedom to come and go as you please. This space consists of two interconnected rooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to four people and a baby.The Loire room features a cozy double bed, complete with a small desk for your convenience. Should you require it, a cot can also be provided. The adjacent Louet room offers two comfortable single beds.
In addition, you will have access to a dressing room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom equipped with a wash basin, spacious bath towels, a hair dryer, and fresh towels.
A door from one of the rooms opens up to a south-facing garden, where you can enjoy a delightful breakfast. Adjacent to this area, a small sitting area awaits, complete with two armchairs. Here, you will find a selection of books on Anjou and some timeless classics, as well as brochures and tourist information to enhance your stay.
We have taken great care in restoring this space, ensuring that the authenticity of the place is preserved while providing utmost comfort for your enjoyment.

Directions
From Paris, take the A11 highway towards Nantes. After the toll, continue towards Cholet/La Roche sur Yon (A87).
1. Take exit 22 towards Murs-Erigne Centre (D748).
2. At the first traffic light, turn right towards the bridges.
3. At the second traffic light, turn left towards St. John of the Cross (D132).
4. Keep going straight along the Loire on the lifting of St. John of the Cross for about 5km.
5. Look for the sign for Boire Growing/The verdelets/Port Gaurion/Down Village-Fire and turn left.
6. Take the second left at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, and you will arrive at Small Drink.
From Angers Downtown:
1. Head southeast on Boulevard du Roi René towards Rue Talot.
2. Continue on Rue Paul Bert. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Rabelais.
3. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Av de Lattre de Tassigny.
4. Take the exit for Les Ponts-de-Ce Centre.
5. Continue straight on Rue David d'Angers and Rue Victor Hugo.
6. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Charles de Gaulle Bridge.
7. Continue on Dumnacus. At the end of the bridge, turn right onto St. John of the Cross.
8. Follow the Loire on the lifting of St. John of the Cross.
9. After about 4km, look for the sign for Growing Drinking/The verdelets/Port Gaurion/Lower Village-Fire and turn left.
