This architectural masterpiece has been acknowledged as a Monument Historique by the esteemed French Ministry of Culture, thanks to its graceful and luminous design. Constructed in 1727 by Jean Drapeau, the esteemed architect of Louis XV, Beaulieu was further enhanced in 1885 with the addition of charming turrets and side stairs.Guests are granted access to various lavish amenities, including a splendid living room, a billiards room for entertainment, a delightful terrace perfect for relaxation, and a heated swimming pool nestled within the castle grounds.

To get to the château, start your journey from Saumur and follow the signs for Montsoreau, Fontevraud, and Chinon (D947).
