The house is a two-story building. The ground floor consists of the kitchen area and lounge, which has a total area of 35 m2. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, and upon request, a cot can be provided for children up to 4 years old. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bath/shower and toilet. Additional services offered include the rental of bed linen and towels. The cost for bed linen is 7.50 EUR per person per week, and towels are also available for 7.50 euros per person per week. Breakfast can be requested, but only on Sunday mornings. A deposit of 100 euros is required, and a cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged upon departure. If you wish to bring pets, an additional fee of 7.50 euros applies. Additionally, there is a charge of 0.15 euros per kilowatt for power consumption.Reviews
