Each room also features a personal safe for added security. Conveniently located just 100 yards from the bus stop, with free bikes available, and in close proximity to shops. A mere 3-minute walk will take you to the subway, railway station, and the airport shuttle. Our prices start at $340 for a 30m2 Q1 apartment, $400 for a 40m2 T2 apartment, and $460 for a spacious 60m2 T2bis apartment. Additionally, a final cleaning service is available for an extra charge. Optional amenities include bed linen rental for $20 per pack (sheets, towels, etc.) and garage parking for $6 per night. We also offer catered meals, beauty services, and hairdresser appointments in the comfort of your apartment. To make a reservation, we accept payment via cheque, bank transfer, or cash, with a 30% deposit required. If you are coming by train, the residence RIAD is just a 3-minute walk from the train station. If you are driving, Toulouse has direct motorway links to the main capitals of Europe both to the north and south. The A61 will take you to Carcassonne, Montpellier, and Barcelona. The A62 will lead you to Montauban, Agen, Bordeaux, Limoges, and Paris. The A64 will take you to Foix, Lourdes, Bayonne, and San Sebastian. The A68 will lead you to Lavaur and Albi. And finally, the A66 will take you to Pamiers, Foix, and Andorra.

If you are arriving by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is approximately a 15 to 20-minute taxi ride from downtown. It is also possible to take a shuttle bus to the train station, which is a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. The round trip fare for the shuttle is 4 euros, and a return ticket is 6 euros.
