It includes all necessary amenities such as a TV, fridge, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, shower with hydro-massage nozzle, towel dryer, gas hob, ventilation, and a spacious closet. The studio is brand new, completed in March 2013.It is available for rent for a minimum of 1 night up to a maximum of 4 months. The rental price is on a sliding scale, making it up to 70% cheaper than a hotel.
Located near a beautiful park and swimming pool, the studio is conveniently situated. There is a bus stop only 10 meters away, and there are bakery and fruit and vegetable shops nearby. The city center and various shops are within walking distance.
Situated in the suburbs, there are no concerns about parking or traffic. The A75 motorway (connecting Paris and Montpellier) is easily accessible, just 2 km away. Parking is available right in front of the studio. Additionally, there is the option to rent a garage for 5 euros per day.
Riom is a short 10-minute drive from Clermont Ferrand and only 5 minutes from Chatel Guyon.
