Location: This charming house is situated on the roadside of the village of BUN, nestled between the local school and church.Description: The ground floor features an entrance, a bathroom with bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The amenities include a freezer, cumulus, and washing machine. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, microwave, fireplace, TV, armchairs, and a sofa.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a 120cm bed, and one with a double bed (140cm) plus an additional 70cm bed. Each bedroom has a door leading to the exterior gallery, which overlooks the beautiful field with trees and lawn.
The third level consists of two spacious attic rooms, both furnished with a double bed (140cm) and one of them also has a cot. There is also a separate toilet on this level.
The house is equipped with electric heating and is well insulated. It also provides a barbecue and garden furniture, all within the secure confines of a fully fenced 900m2 grassy field with trees.
The lodge offers utmost comfort and independence, boasting all the necessary amenities. Additionally, it is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant.
Leisure Activities: Your stay at this location offers a gateway to Spain and the Pyrenees National Park West, with over 200km of marked hiking trails in the Val d'Azun region. Surrounded by majestic mountains such as the Pic du Midi d'Arrens and Balaïtous, which peaks at 3144m, this area is a paradise for nature enthusiasts.
