You can expect a warm and friendly welcome at our recently renovated property. Each of our bedrooms is equipped with private showers, washbasins, and toilets. For larger groups of 4-8 people, we have a spacious suite that includes a bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a comfortable salon, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and a set of bunk beds. Additionally, there are 2 separate toilets and another shower room for communal use.Our property is located in a stunning part of France, offering beautiful woodland views and overlooking the picturesque River Cère. It provides a serene and relaxing environment. As an added benefit, we hold a full drinks license, allowing us to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast is included in your stay, and we usually offer evening meals upon request.
Guests can also enjoy our swimming pool and table tennis facilities, which are shared among all visitors. Our grounds span an acre and are bordered by the River Cère, featuring a small river beach for those who wish to indulge in river bathing.

The gite*** is a charming independent house that has been awarded a 3-star classification by ClèVacances. It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as another bedroom with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. The house also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet for added convenience.With a large living room boasting a magnificent open fireplace, guests can enjoy a cozy atmosphere throughout their stay. The living room is also equipped with a comfortable double bed/settee and a small futon.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Outside, there is a private garden where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor dining with the provided barbecue. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with electric wall heaters for optimal comfort during colder months.
Furthermore, guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool and a table tennis area, perfect for enjoying leisurely activities in the fresh air.

To reach our location from Aurillac, follow the N122 road towards Figeac. After passing Sansac de Marmiesse, you will find us approximately 1 km ahead on the right side.
If you are coming from Figeac, take the N122 road towards Aurillac. Keep driving until you reach the turning to St. Mamet, and then continue for about 3 km. You will find us along this route.
Please avoid relying on GPS or electronic plans from either Aurillac or Figeac, as they may direct you onto narrow farm lanes. It is best to follow the given directions instead.
