This description is for a cozy and peaceful urban gîte located in a residential area, right next to the owner's house. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin and a linen room. Moving upstairs, you will discover the first bedroom with a double bed (140) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90). Additionally, there is a mezzanine area with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet. The gîte offers WIFI internet connection for your convenience.The living room opens up to a private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. There are two parking spaces available, one in front of the gîte and another in the owner's courtyard, who resides next door. As a guest, you will have access to the owner's heated swimming pool, which is situated on their property, facing their house's terrace. Please note that the pool can be enjoyed from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and is shared with other guests.
All-inclusive prices are offered, covering sheets, towels (including pool towels), tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. The only additional charge is the tourist tax. The pool is open from May to September, providing a refreshing escape during this period. Lastly, please note that smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
