The house measures 50m² and offers a comfortable and spacious living space. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, as well as two sofa beds in the lounge. A baby bed is also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, and oven. Additionally, there is a baby chair and a TV with wifi for your convenience. The house is also stocked with children's toys and books.

You will love the large bay window that overlooks the beautiful garden, which is landscaped and perfect for relaxing. The terrace, measuring 45m², is equipped with garden chairs and a barbecue for outdoor dining.

Upon your arrival, you will find a map and tourist information to help you explore the surrounding area. The house is conveniently located just 8 minutes from Rouen, with its rich history and art scene. The coast of alabaster is also easily accessible, as the highway is only 5 minutes away. The Seine River and its scenic routes, such as Duclair and the Jumieges Abbey Road, are just a 15-minute drive away. Other nearby attractions include Etretat, Giverny, Honfleur, and many more.
