Convenient parking is available outside the house. Our location is perfect for exploring the region or for those attending an internship at the University Hospital, which is only 1.3 km away or 2 tram stations from Pellegrin. We are also conveniently situated 8 km from the airport and 5 km from the historic center of Bordeaux, with easy access to the new direct route. A tram stop is just 250 meters away, providing hassle-free transportation to the center of Bordeaux and its attractions. Additionally, Velib rental bikes are available 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac".For an additional fee, enjoy a delightful French breakfast consisting of pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.
