I have a charming little cottage available for rent in a delightful hamlet within the town of Roussac. It is conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Limoges and 15 minutes from Bellac. The cottage is also close to Lac de St Pardoux, where you can enjoy activities such as beaches, water sports, and a country market.This recently restored cottage exudes authenticity and offers a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen that opens onto the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, plus a toddler, ensuring a warm and relaxing stay. Surrounded by numerous paths, you can explore the picturesque countryside on foot or by bike.
The cottage is available for rent throughout the year, and the specific dates can be arranged with the owners who live next door. You can choose to rent it for a week or a weekend.
In terms of pricing, we offer the following options:
- July/August: 300 euros per week
- Other months: 250 euros per week
- Throughout the year: 45 euros per night for two people, including a small breakfast.

You can easily reach our destination by taking the A20 motorway north of Limoges for approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you are coming from Bellac, it will only take you about 15 minutes.
