We are offering a bed and breakfast experience in our home, located approximately 1 km from the center of Biarritz (Clemenceau Square) and the main beach.The room is approximately 13m2 and includes a cupboard for your personal belongings. You will also have access to a neighboring lounge (20m2) with a TV (Canal+).
The spacious shower room (13m2) features an Italian-style shower with massaging jets, a sauna, and a massage armchair. The toilet is separate.
We provide free WIFI internet access and can assist with printing any documents you may need. Additionally, a dedicated corner for coffee and tea is available.
Our swimming pool is heated from May 1st to October 30th. You can enjoy swimming against the current and relax in the jacuzzi corner for your well-being.
There are various shops near our house, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the city center where you can find beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque Biarritz market.
We are located 1.5 km from the Phare golf course and less than 1 km from the Aguillera stadium, which has tennis courts.
Public bus stops are nearby, allowing for easy access to both the lively city center and surrounding areas such as Bayonne and Anglet. We are also just 5 minutes away from the train station, airport, and highway. Spain is easily accessible from our location.
Parking in front of the house is convenient and readily available.
If needed, we can provide access to our washing machine for a small fee, and you can handle your own ironing.
You will have an independent entrance to ensure your privacy. Guests staying for 3 nights or more will receive a welcome gift. Prices vary according to the season, and a tourist tax will be added to the final bill.
Your hosts, Dominique and Philippe, will be happy to provide recommendations for outings, restaurants, and golf in the region to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Please note that we do not accept pets due to the presence of our young Labrador, who does not have access to the floor where your room is located.
