Located just 300 meters away from a stunning beach and surrounded by picturesque pine forests, this bright studio is situated on the first floor of a small residence in a private village. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay. The studio also comes with a private parking space.Recently renovated in 2020, this 24m² studio offers a comfortable living space. Upon entering, guests will find a spacious wall cupboard, a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron. The living room features a retractable bed for two (140x195), a sofa bed (140x200), and a dining area. The kitchen area is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a hob, a combi oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk-in shower (140x80).
Conveniently located at the edge of cycle paths, this studio is just 2 km away from the town center, where guests can explore the local market and shopping centers.
The studio is available for weekly rentals or a minimum of 2 nights. Please note that the adult tourist tax must be paid on-site according to the current rates. Cleaning services are not included, and guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and household linen. A mandatory accommodation deposit of 300 is required per stay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Rest assured, the studio is thoroughly disinfected between each rental for the safety of our guests.
