This charming 18th century farmhouse in Normandy has been beautifully restored and offers three guest rooms with private bathrooms. The rooms include two double rooms and one twin room, accommodating a maximum of six guests.Guests are welcome to enjoy the sitting room/library, as well as the terraces and gardens which overlook a serene small lake. The property is located in the village of Ancinnes, nestled near the enchanting Forest of Perseigne, making it an ideal destination for exploring by car, foot, or bike.
Conveniently, major shopping centers are only a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, there are excellent dining options in the nearby towns of Neufchatel en Saosnois and Alençon, both within a 6-8km distance.
Situated on the border of Normandy and the Sarthe region in Pays de Loire, our location is just 10 minutes from Alençon and the A28 highway. Furthermore, we are 30 minutes north of Le Mans and approximately 1 hour south of Rouen.
Alençon serves as a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding regions. Whether you wish to venture west to the Alpes Mancelles, north to the Orne and Pays d'Auge, east to the Saosnois, Marollais, and Perche park, or south to Pays de la Loire, there is a wealth of natural beauty and cultural attractions to discover.

Beautiful house in tranquil surroundings
Very reasonable rates, beautiful house and garden. Rooms are spacious and very, very clean. Great shower. Our hosts Jude and Phil provide a continental breakfast. Free parking. All you can hear in the garden are birds and frogs. Beautiful! Highly recommended.
