This charming apartment on the first floor of a beautiful Gascon building, formerly the stables of a castle, has been completely renovated while still respecting its traditional origins. With a keen sense of aesthetics and attention to comfort, it offers a delightful living space.

Facing the pool, the apartment provides stunning views of the surrounding fields and woods, creating a truly breathtaking experience at sunset. The apartment measures 80 m² and can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people.

Inside, you will find a double bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed, as well as a second bedroom with two 90x200 beds. The bathroom features a tub, shower, and a heated towel rail, while a separate toilet adds convenience.

The spacious and bright living room includes a dining area, a lounge section, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area offers comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV, while the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishware.
