This charming farmhouse has recently been renovated and is located in the picturesque countryside of Vienne in the Poitou Charente region. Known for its unique micro-climate, this area is the second sunniest in France. The gite offers three comfortable rooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, all with ensuite bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.The cozy lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, along with an English/French flatscreen TV for your entertainment. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the property. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Outside, the lovely garden features a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. There is also a barbecue and garden loungers for your relaxation.
Nearby, the picturesque village of St Martin L'Ars offers two bars/restaurants, a village shop, and a recreational lake with a sandy beach, playground, and opportunities for boating and fishing.
The accommodation is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the beautiful riverside town of Confolens, while the cities of Poitiers and Limoges can be reached within an hour's drive.

If you are coming from the north, start by taking the D741 road from Poitiers in the direction of Confolens. Once you reach the junction marked "Le Vigeant/LIsle Jourdain" (the D10), make a left turn and then take the first left again, which will be marked "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin LArs". Continue on this road for a little less than 1km, and you will arrive at the hamlet of Viviers. Take the first right, and our house will be the third one on the right.
