This charming gite offers comfortable living spaces, with an orientation on three sides - east, north, and west. The house spans an area of 65 m² and features a 9 m² loggia on the ground floor. Enjoy the convenience of floor heating throughout the property. Located at an altitude of 860m, this gite offers breathtaking views.

Upon arrival, you will have your own private entrance on the ground floor, as well as a designated parking space. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a cozy seating area, complete with a color TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, pine furniture, a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and all necessary dishes.

The gite comprises of two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) with a comforter and blanket. The second bedroom offers three single beds (90 cm each), also with comforters and blankets. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet.

One of the highlights of this gite is the 6 m² loggia, which offers stunning views of the lake and Embrun. Outside, there is a designated area equipped with games for children, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and space for ball games.
