Excellent service provided. The independent owner's gite is located nearby the main house and is a ground floor unit equipped with new air conditioning. Suitable for two adults and no pets. The cottage includes a PC with ADSL internet, DVDs, and music for your entertainment. The environment is very peaceful. The accommodation consists of one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, a TV lounge, a kitchen with a washing machine, oven, and microwave. There is also a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, a veranda with a wicker lounge, and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (8x4m, 1.50m deep) which is shared with the owners. The property also provides secure parking for your vehicle. All amenities are conveniently located just 200 meters away. Additionally, St Martin de Crau is a charming Provencal village situated in a region abundant with tourist attractions such as Les Baux de Provence, Saint Remy de Provence, the Luberon, Arles, the Camargue, and the sea which is only 35 kms away. The gite is situated near the city center and shops in a quiet residential area. It is fully equipped with a lounge and open kitchen. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue overlooking the tiled pool. The outdoor area features olive trees, grass, swimming, and sunbathing areas. The property also has automatic watering and a secure gate, private parking, and a safe. Sheets and towels are provided, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and refreshments are also included.
