Renovated farm building, this charming cottage is surrounded by greenery and offers a tranquil atmosphere. Situated on the ground floor, it is completely independent and offers a spacious living area of 60 m².The rental includes a comfortable living room-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a toilet, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a lovely terrace and a 1500 m² garden where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a TV, DVD player, free wifi, radio CD and USB, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and electric heating. Outdoor amenities include garden furniture, a swing, and private parking.
Bénodet, the largest classified resort in Finistère with 5 stars, is famous for its beautiful beach, stunning coastline, the river Odet, and its proximity to the Glénan Islands. From Bénodet, you can easily explore all of Cornwall, including Benodet, Fouesnant, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan, Pont L'Abbé, Guilvinec, and La Pointe du Raz.
Surrounding the cottage, especially during the summer, you will find numerous high-quality events and activities, many of which are free, including the traditional Breton dance party called Fest Noz.

Directions
Take the RN165 and take the exit for Coat Conq. Proceed towards Benodet. Continue through Fouesnant and stay on the same road. Once you reach the exit of Fouesnant, near the gendarmerie, keep going towards Benodet for 4.2 km. Look for the sign that says "Antiquités Brocante" and turn right onto Kermine road. The cottage will be on your left after 1.2 km.
