We are situated in the heart of the Loir Valley, just a short distance from "La Flèche" and "Le Lude". During sunny days, you can relax by our swimming pool or in our expansive gardens alongside the river. In the winter, you can cozy up in front of the wood stoves for warmth.Your stay here will be filled with peace, comfort, and authenticity. Our scenic countryside is comprised of wooded valleys, meadows along rivers, and farmlands, all of which can be explored through our numerous hiking trails.
Conveniently located 45 minutes away from Le Mans, Angers, Tours, and Saumur, you will have plenty of options to explore the attractions in our region. From nearby castles, museums, vineyards, and troglodyte caves, to the zoo in "La Flèche", remarkable gardens, watermills, and even a golf course just 15 km away, there is something for everyone. We can even assist with arranging cycle hire and horse riding.
Experience the local flavors by visiting our markets, exploring the antique shops, and discovering the beautiful historic villages. We will be there to provide you with guidance and recommendations.
As a testament to our commitment to the environment and sustainable development, the Moulin de la Diversière has been awarded the Green Key Label. In 2011, we introduced our third eco-friendly gite, constructed entirely from pressed straw. This unique accommodation offers an unconventional holiday experience and an opportunity to embrace a change of scenery.

Moulin de la Diversière: calme et confort
Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu et le confort du gîte. Le jardin et les alentours sont superbes, la table d'hôtes excellente et les hôtes sont accueillants et très sympathiques.
