We have two air-conditioned studios, each approximately 26m2, perfect for two people. Located on the first floor, each studio comes with a terrace for your enjoyment. Inside, you'll find a spacious room with French windows that open up to the terrace and pool area. The bed measures 1.40 x 1.90 and there's also a dining area with a table and chairs. The studio is equipped with a kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob. Additionally, there's a shower, washbasin with a vanity unit, and a separate toilet.For stays between July 13th and August 23rd, as well as December, the weekly rate is 590€. In April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 490€, and from October to March, it's 460€ per week. Overnight stays range from 68€ to 120€, with a minimum of 3 nights except for July and August, where only weekly stays are available. All charges are included in the prices mentioned.
We also offer a ground floor flat, T2, with a garden. This spacious flat is approximately 40m2 and can accommodate up to 3 people. It features a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m. The flat also includes a separate bedroom with a bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m, as well as a shower room with a window and a separate toilet with a window as well. All modern conveniences are provided.
The rental rates for the ground floor flat are as follows: from October to April, 390€ per week; May, June, and until July 12th, 595€ per week; from July 13th to August 23rd, 695€ per week; from August 24th to August 30th, 695€ per week; and in September, 595€ per week.
Outside the ground floor flat, there's a table and chairs for your use. Additionally, we offer amenities such as WIFI, parking, and a swimming pool available from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
If needed, linen can be provided at an additional cost. Sheets and pillowcases are 20€ per week, and towels are 8€ per week.
For long-term rentals, we offer special rates for extended stays, and lower rates are available for multiple weeks (minimum 3 weeks). A deposit of 30%, amounting to 170€, is required, along with a cleaning fee of 35€. City taxes are 0.83€ per day per person.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.
Directions
Exit Highway BANDOL: If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur Mer and heading towards Six-Fours, continue along the sea. At the last roundabout, continue straight on towards Coudouliere (or the Park of the Mediterranean or the Brusc).
When you reach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will see the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On top of the wall, there is a row of palm trees. Look for the sign of "Residence of Cap d'Or" on the wall of a small building. Turn left at this point and continue down the road until the end. Be cautious of speed bumps along the way.
As you approach the 4th and last speed bump, you will notice a sign for Astérie private property on your left. The gate to the property (house N°12) will be partially open. There is a bell on the left pillar to inform us of your arrival.
After settling your bags in the room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, enter "Astérie" as the destination.
