Located between Beauce and Perche, just 7 km from Illiers-Combray, the charming village of Marcel Proust's childhood and Aunt Léonie, and only 3 km from the source of the Loire, our bed and breakfast is perfectly situated. We are also conveniently located just 15 minutes from Chartres.Nathalie and Dominique warmly welcome you to our beautifully restored former stables, offering three comfortable and characterful rooms. Each room boasts its own private bathroom and independent ground floor access. We take pride in ensuring that all of our guests, including those with reduced mobility, can easily enjoy their stay with us.
To provide a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all, we kindly ask that pets are not brought onto the premises and that our rooms remain smoke-free. Additionally, we offer secure closed parking for your convenience.
Description for Gite
This fully renovated barn offers a spacious 60 m2 living space. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living/dining room with a high cathedral ceiling, open to a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and flat screen TV). There is also a comfortable bedroom with a 160 bed and a bathroom with a WC. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area with two 90 beds.Outside, the gite features a private enclosed patio with a wooden terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue facilities. There is also convenient parking available. From the gite, you can enjoy a view of the enclosed pool.
Additional amenities include electric heating, and linen rental and cleaning services are available upon request. Moreover, this gite is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
