Situated on a family property in the charming village of Sigogne, this independent Gite offers a cozy and comfortable stay. Nestled in the heart of the renowned Cognac Fins Bois vineyards, this Gite is perfect for wine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The village square boasts a magnificent church bell tower, adding to the picturesque surroundings.The Gite is spread across two floors. The first floor features a living room with a well-equipped corner kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), as well as a separate toilet and shower room. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and the other with two single beds (90cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet. Outside, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy the private garden. Private parking is available for your vehicles. Please note that the private pool is shared with the owners and is not supervised.
During the high season and very high season, the rates include all charges. For the remaining seasons, the rates include 8 kWh of electricity, unlimited domestic water usage, and gas for the cooker.
The rental period is typically one week, with arrivals on Saturdays after 4 pm and departures the following Saturday before 10 am.
The Gite is well-equipped with gas central heating for your comfort. Inside, you will find amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, television, and DVD machine. Directions
To get to Rouillac from Jarnac, follow these directions:
1. Head towards Sigogne.
2. Upon entering Sigogne, take a right turn towards Foussignac.
3. Keep going and make a left turn onto Rue de l’Ancienne Gare. (This is the last left turn before leaving the village)
4. Follow the road which will lead you to Rue des Ecoles. (Make sure to follow the one-way system around the houses)
5. Take the second alley on the right.
6. Keep an eye out for the sign that says Gites de France.
