The "Moulin de Félix" gîte is located in a picturesque Provençal "mas" (farm) near the village of Robion, offering breathtaking views of the Luberon mountain. Situated on a peaceful and lush 1.5 hectare property, this gîte is a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility.The gîte, occupying 88m², is situated in a wing of the house and faces south, ensuring plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable double bed settee, a television, and a DVD player. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, a fridge, a cooking hob, an extracting fan, a small oven, a microwave oven, and ample cupboard space. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom measuring approximately 12m², complete with a bathtub, a wash basin, a bidet, a toilet, cupboards, and a washing machine.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, measuring approximately 12m², features a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom, measuring approximately 24m², offers a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet, and the possibility to accommodate an extra person. Both bedrooms have access to a charming veranda of approximately 15m², which is furnished as a cozy reading room and offers a stunning view of the Luberon through its bay window.
Outside, you will find a spacious 24m² terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and gatherings. Additionally, there is a magnificent 11x5.5m swimming pool facing south, providing the perfect spot for relaxation and refreshment.

Directions to the "Moulin de Félix":
1. Set your GPS coordinates to Lat 43°51’51’’ N – Long 05°06’39’’ E.
2. Take the exit 25 off the A7 motorway at CAVAILLON.
3. Drive through CAVAILLON and go under the railway bridge. Follow the signs for "AVIGNON-CARPENTRAS" and then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH" on the D15 road.
4. At the traffic lights, continue straight ahead on the D15 road for approximately 3 km until you reach the Plan de Robion and a roundabout with tall cypresses. Go straight through the roundabout.
5. About 800m ahead, on the left side of the road, you will come across a crossroad to the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes). Keep going straight.
6. Continue driving past two old farmhouses on the right side of the road.
7. The Moulin de Félix will be located 100m after the second farmhouse on the right side, just before a bridge over a canal. Look for big iron gates and olive trees below the road. You will see a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.
