Pets are not permitted in our cottages. Rentals are available on Saturdays, starting at 4:00 pm, and must be vacated by 10:00 am on Saturday morning. The lease will be in effect once the contract and deposit are received. The deposit amount is 25% of the total, and the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. A refundable deposit of $300 is required, which will be returned or destroyed within 15 days after your departure. Additionally, there is a daily tax of $0.40 per person, applicable between June 15 and September 15. However, children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax. Any electricity usage exceeding 8 KW per day will incur an additional charge.Reviews
