The property, which underwent a complete renovation in 2005, offers every modern comfort. With three bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to five people. The first bedroom features two beds measuring 0.90x190, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed measuring 140x190. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed measuring 0.90x190, and fresh sheets are provided for your convenience. The living room is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a color TV with TNT channels. For cozy evenings, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a hob, a washing machine, a toaster, and an electric coffee maker.
