THE BUIS is a stunning location situated in the western suburbs of Paris, conveniently close to Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. Set within a beautiful 7000 m2 park, the property boasts a charming forest area with ancient trees, meticulously maintained boxwood balls, topiary, and pathways lined with fruit trees. A gentle river winds its way through the trees, nourished by a picturesque waterfall. Additionally, a grand pool featuring a statue and a period greenhouse adorned with hanging grapes adds to the enchantment of the surroundings. We take great pleasure in inviting you to discover this truly magical place.In addition to our captivating grounds, we also offer amenities such as a stunning swimming pool, clay tennis courts, a petanque bowling area, a spacious paved courtyard, a children's garden, and a historic barn, all of which contribute to the romantic ambiance that will undoubtedly leave you with unforgettable memories.
Included in our rates are a delightful French breakfast, access to the pool along with pillows and towels, use of the clay tennis courts (weather permitting), access to golf balls, exploration of the park, forest, and its hidden corners, as well as access to the winter pool and fairs.
Check-in time is at 4 pm and departure is required before 11 am. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid in cash or through a bank transfer.
We offer three rental options:
- THE LOFT: This spacious 160 m2 area, accessible through a private staircase, can comfortably accommodate 1-4 guests. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The flooring is warm and inviting, with a combination of wood, seagrass, and tiles.
- The WHITE ROOM: Located on the first floor, this room offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed (160) and a private bathroom with a toilet. It also includes a television for your entertainment.
- The HOUSE: This independent accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds that can be combined), a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a television.
The overall atmosphere of our accommodations is warm and inviting, with natural materials and a color palette of earthy tones, including moles, beige, and wood accents.
For your convenience, parking is available for your car or luxury collection in the town hall parking lot courtyard.
Rates for our accommodations are as follows:
- The White Room:
- 1 person: 150 euros
- 2 people: 180 euros
- The Loft:
- 1 bedroom: 300 euros
- Additional room: 150 euros
- The Cottage:
- 1 room: 250 euros
- Additional room: 120 euros
We also offer a spa facility, with rates as follows:
- 1 person: 30 euros
- 2 persons: 50 euros
- 3 and 4 persons: 60 euros

Une parenthèse magique !!!
Cette magnifique demeure dans son écrin de verdure aux arbres centenaires, avec ses bassins et fontaines, nous plonge dans un véritable livre d'histoire...Perdre la notion de temps et d'espace pendant quelques jours c'est ce qu' Anne et Pierre nous proposent.
Piscine, tennis, pétanque, SPA...que d'activités...mais nous retiendrons en premier lieu leur grande gentillesse, leur prévenance et leur disponibilité (sans oublier cette citronnade sublime...).

Directions
Car Directions: Take the A13 and then the N12. Exit at Galluis - Yvelines and follow the signs towards Garancieres. Once in Garancieres, head towards the city center. THE BUIS is located between the town hall and the church. Look for a large gate topped by a gray awning in the style of an Alsatian house.
Train Directions (40 minutes): Take a train to Paris-Montparnasse train station. From there, transfer to a train heading to Garancieres. We can arrange to pick you up at the Garancieres station, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers away.
