The villa Caramac is an exquisite 110m2 stone house that has been completely renovated. It is situated just 2km away from the historic center of Bordeaux. Each of the three rooms in the villa has its own bathroom and WC for added convenience. The spacious living room and stunning kitchen open onto a charming wooden deck, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, guests can enjoy the beauty of a well-maintained garden with a large cherry tree providing shade.The villa offers numerous benefits such as high-quality amenities, including air conditioning throughout the property. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an American fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available. Guests can enjoy entertainment on two LED TVs and relax on designer furniture. The beds in all three rooms are comfortable and spacious (160 beds). Moreover, wireless internet is available for guests to stay connected during their stay.
