This charming 14th-century house, located in the heart of the beautiful Leon countryside, has undergone careful renovations. It offers complete independence and is conveniently close to the sea, with beaches and opportunities for fishing on foot. Additionally, it is situated near inshore trails, providing ample space and tranquility. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the sea from the rooms, as well as the expansive 6000m² park.The ground floor of the house features a dining room, living room, storeroom, and water closets. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (120*190). Additionally, there are two bathrooms and water closets. Central fuel-oil heating is available for comfort.
The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hifi stereo, telephone, and a library. Baby equipment is also available upon request. Sheets can be rented if needed.
Outside, guests can relax in the teak wood garden lounge or enjoy a barbecue. There is also a children's porch and a parking lot for convenience.
