The ground floor of the house features a dining room, living room, storeroom, and water closets. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (120*190). Additionally, there are two bathrooms and water closets. Central fuel-oil heating is available for comfort.

The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hifi stereo, telephone, and a library. Baby equipment is also available upon request. Sheets can be rented if needed.

Outside, guests can relax in the teak wood garden lounge or enjoy a barbecue. There is also a children's porch and a parking lot for convenience.
