This charming and spacious 83 m2 apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Aix en Provence's historic center. It is nestled between the beautiful Place des 3 Ormeaux, Place Richelme (Place du Marché), and Place des Prêcheurs. With a delightful view of a tree-lined square, this apartment offers a serene and quiet atmosphere as it is located in a pedestrian area and has no direct neighbors.The apartment features a lovely living room with 2 large windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The open kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two generously sized bedrooms (15 and 22 m2) with air conditioning and office areas. The bedrooms are furnished with Queen size and King size beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom.
Throughout the apartment, you will find traditional Tomettes flooring and a fireplace in each room, adding to its character. The high ceilings (3.20 meters) give the apartment a spacious feel and contribute to its peaceful atmosphere.
This apartment is ideal for a group of four, but it can also accommodate up to six guests with the use of the convertible sofa in the living room.
