Upstairs, there is a lovely double bedroom, a convenient shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, an attic bedroom awaits with three cozy single beds.

Outside, you'll discover a delightful fenced courtyard with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Additionally, there is a barn available with a washing machine and an extra fridge for your convenience. Ample car parking space is also provided.

Just beyond the owner's garden wall, you'll find a magnificent 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool. Access to this refreshing oasis is granted through a gate. The gite is situated in the charming hamlet of Goué, nestled next to the vibrant market town of Mansle. Mansle offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops for your enjoyment. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to partake in numerous organized activities such as canoeing, walking, archery, and many others.

Directions

To reach Mansle from the N10 road, which is located between Ruffec and Angouleme, follow the following directions: If you are approaching from the north (Ruffec), take a right turn at La Gagnarderie. If you are coming from the south, drive through Mansle and make a left turn after the bridge onto the Fontenille road. After traveling 1 km, you will reach Goué. Take the first left onto a small lane, and then take the first right to enter the courtyard area.
