Enjoy your holiday in a charming cottage located in a peaceful environment surrounded by 14 acres of lush pasture and 20 magnificent Purebred Arabian horses. This idyllic retreat is only a 5-minute drive from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde.The cottage, boasting 100 square meters of space, offers a cozy ground floor with a spacious living room and dining area equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and WIFI. From the living area, step out onto a beautifully fenced terrace spanning 40 square meters, complete with a garden for your relaxation. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find three comfortably furnished bedrooms, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and two queen-size beds. A bathroom with a refreshing shower completes this level. Private parking is available, and there is also an option for a garage if needed. Linen is provided for your convenience.
Rest assured, your access to the cottage is completely independent from the rest of the buildings, ensuring privacy and tranquility for your stay.
Rates for the cottage range from €800 to €1300 depending on the chosen period. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to bring your own horse for weekend getaways or participate in livestock internships.

Directions
Take exit 34 on the A9 motorway towards AGDE. Follow the signs for AGDE-SETE for approximately 11 km. Once you reach the roundabout, take the exit towards Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, follow the signs for SAINT VINCENT. After about 800 meters, you will find the road on your left, just around the corner from the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Continue on this road for about 400 meters.
