Welcome to Ghislaine and Eric's charming B&B, a historic presbytery dating back to 1764. As you arrive, you will be captivated by the beautiful stone building and its iconic dovecote, framed by a stunning alley of cedar trees. Eric recently renovated this exquisite presbytery, preserving its authentic Gascony charm with the use of traditional materials.Your spacious and bright room is tastefully furnished for a peaceful night's sleep, beautifully blending the old with the modern. It features a cozy cocoon with a large 160/200 cm bed. The SUITE bedroom offers even more space, with a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth person, and a sofa bed for a potential fifth or sixth person in the same SUITE bedroom. Each room has a private bathroom complete with a basin, shower, and WC. We can also provide a folding cot and high chair upon request.
We take pride in ensuring your comfort, with our sheets and towels changed at least twice a week. Start your day on our sunny terrace, where you can savor breakfast made with locally sourced products, chosen with great care and affection. Our guest house is nestled in a delightful setting, with a four-hectare wooded park offering magnificent views of the gentle Gers hills. The inviting swimming pool, drenched in sunlight, provides the perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing after a refreshing swim.
At "Arpentian," your only neighbors are the deer and squirrels frolicking in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, including its ancient boxwood and the magnificent cedar tree that has graced our grounds for over 250 years, providing a peaceful shade for moments of relaxation. For further relaxation, we have a TV library lounge area. Additionally, we offer a range of informative brochures highlighting the numerous entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golf, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wine tours, castles, markets, and restaurants.
