Located in the picturesque village of Fulvy in Tonnerre, near Ancy le Franc, this traditional Burgundy farmhouse is nestled amidst stunning countryside hills along the Armançon River and the Canal de Bourgogne. With a generous 350 square meters of living space, this cottage can comfortably accommodate groups of 5 to 20 people.
The ground floor, spanning 230 square meters, can be rented separately and features a spacious living room, a games room, a large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a soothing sauna for two, and a separate toilet. This level comfortably accommodates 5 to 8 guests.
For larger families or groups of friends, an additional floor accessible via a staircase offers one, two, six, or more rooms, depending on your needs, accommodating up to 12 people. This level includes a bathroom and toilet.
The cottage also boasts a secluded patio with a sheltered terrace, equipped with patio heaters and a lush lawn perfect for sunbathing. An above-ground pool with wooden siding, safely accessible by a removable ladder, provides a refreshing retreat. Two barns are available, one for parking cars and motorcycles, and the other for hosting parties and events with friends.
Additionally, a fully equipped and acoustically treated music room is available for musicians to rehearse or compose their works.
The heating system consists of an oil boiler for the ground floor and electric radiators upstairs, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay.
