Description for B&B:
LÉphémère is a cozy small house situated in a tranquil area of Limoges, east of the city center. It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and its municipal rose garden. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, and it is easily accessible by main roads.Adjacent to the renowned Bernardaud porcelain factory, LÉphémère is an independent guest house separate from the owner's residence. It offers a pleasant view of the garden where guests can enjoy their breakfast in good weather. Parking is readily available on the peaceful street, and public transportation, specifically Line 8, conveniently passes by.
The guest house itself is a 35m² independent dwelling exclusively available for the guests during their stay. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed. The interior is tastefully decorated and well-equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, and free wifi.
As the proprietor, I am delighted to welcome guests to LÉphémère throughout the year. Being a guide-lecturer, I am more than happy to introduce guests to Limoges and its surrounding region. Depending on your preferences and needs, I can provide guidance and recommendations for various activities.
Limousin is a region rich in cultural and tourist attractions. Guests can indulge in activities like hiking in the Natural Parks, exploring traditional crafts like enamel, porcelain, and tapestry, and visiting historical sites. I will provide all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience.
In addition to vacation stays, LÉphémère is also an ideal choice for professionals visiting the area, such as trainees or sales representatives. Here, they can find peace and tranquility, along with the convenience of cooking facilities and free wifi for work purposes. Unlike a typical hotel room, LÉphémère offers a more personalized and welcoming atmosphere, allowing guests to truly relax and unwind.
