I have a private room available for rent, measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. If you're a fan of racing, the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is only 30 minutes away. The room is part of a single-story house and has its own independent entrance. It opens up to a furnished and sunny terrace, providing a peaceful retreat in the city center. You'll have access to a shared bathroom and toilets, and there's also a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Linen supplies are provided, and breakfast is included in the rental.
