The town exudes a stylish and pleasant atmosphere, with its houses clustered around the beautiful XIIe century Roman church.The rental property itself is a delightful farmhouse set amidst a walnut tree-filled valley in the Dordogne region. Tucked away in a peaceful hamlet, the farmhouse boasts stunning views of the majestic Fénelon Castle from its spacious terrace. With 8 main rooms and a sprawling terrace spanning over 300 m², the farmhouse comfortably accommodates 10 to 14 guests.
Guests will have exclusive access to the house and terrace, providing them with a private space to relax and unwind. The farmyard, fields, and woodlands surrounding the property are freely accessible to both the owner and tenants. Adjacent to the main house, a small cottage is also available for use and may be occupied by either the owner or another tenant.

Directions
Once you exit the A20 motorway at Souillac (exit 55), head towards Calviac en Périgord, situated in the Dordogne valley, approximately halfway between Sarlat and Souillac. As you enter the village of Calviac, proceed straight ahead on the road in front of the church. After passing the cemetery, make a left turn and then take the first right onto Impasse de la Paponie. The accommodation can be found in the first farm on your left.
