This 170 m² house offers a comfortable and spacious living space. Upstairs, there are 3 rooms and a relaxing reading corner. The bathroom with WC is shared. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and toilet, as well as another bathroom and separate toilet. Additionally, there is a jacuzzi, sports area, and billiard room.

Located 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux, this house is perfect for a group of 8 people. It provides a peaceful countryside setting with a pool and a barbeque area for a wonderful holiday experience. The property also features a 3000 m² park with a pond.

The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to unleash your culinary creativity. In the living area, you can relax on a large comfortable sofa and enjoy a wide selection of movies. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price, and cleaning can be done by the tenant or for an additional fee. Upon arrival, a visitors tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be required.

Private parking is available on site, and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
