Furthermore, the mansion offers two expansive vaulted cellars. With new electrical wiring and a modern central heating system throughout, both the gîte and the main building feature double-glazed wooden frames, enhancing their energy efficiency.

Welcome to the charming Red Cottage! This spacious holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with the option to request a cot if needed. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with a dishwasher and oven, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom features a delightful drench shower, and the toilet is conveniently located in a separate space outside the bathroom. With our new central heating system, you can also enjoy the cozy winter atmosphere of the Red Cottage.

As our guest, you have the freedom to use the Grand Salon, located on the ground floor of the Petit Château. This elegant salon offers a variety of recreation options, including a reading table, a library, a comfortable sitting area, a bar, and a television.

The Red Cottage is situated within a characteristic residence that was once owned by the landlord. It is surrounded by a wide private garden enclosed by an ancient stone wall. As a guest, you will have exclusive access to this beautiful garden, which spans 15000 m² (3.7 acres) and is adorned with fruit and walnut trees. Additionally, there is a brand new spacious swimming pool (12x6m) for you to enjoy. The pool has a shallow depth of 1.10m, gradually increasing to 2m, ensuring the safety of children. Within the park, there is also a playground with various play equipment. In the evenings, you can cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy its warmth.

There is no shortage of activities to keep you entertained during your stay in the Haute-Saône region. Whether you prefer active recreation or exploring the cultural highlights, you will find a map in the Cottage that provides a wealth of information about the region, including trips, activities, and cultural curiosities. Additionally, the library offers books about the region and the country for your reading pleasure.
