The Annexe is a separate section of our family home located in Chadalais, part of the commune of Maisonnais-sur-Tardoire in the Parc Natural Regional Perigord Limousin. Situated on the borders of Charente, Haute-Vienne, and the Dordogne, we are conveniently located between Angoulême and Limoges.The Annexe provides a well-equipped and self-contained space with its own private entrance. We only accommodate one booking at a time, making it perfect for solo travelers, friends, or families. You have the option to choose between one or two bedrooms, both included in the rate. The Annexe is ideal for short-term or overnight stays, whether you are house hunting, on a business trip, attending family events, or simply passing through. Additionally, our proximity to Domaine des étangs and Chateau Rocher makes us a great choice for those attending events at these venues.
We provide all the amenities you may need during your stay, including a separate lounge and bathroom, private entrance, high-quality bed linens, towels, mini-fridge, drink making facilities, Wi-Fi, HD UK TV, central heating, branded toiletries, flexible check-in and check-out times, secure off-road parking, and the option for early luggage drop-off if needed. All costs, such as electric, linen, cleaning, and local taxes, are included in the rate, with no extra charges.
For guests opting for Bed and Breakfast, please note that there are no kitchen facilities available. However, we offer ample tea and coffee making facilities, provisions, and a small fridge. The accommodation also provides secure parking.
The sleeping arrangements offer three options: a king-size room for up to 2 guests, a twin room for up to 2 guests, or the option to book both rooms for a maximum adult occupancy of 4 guests. Both bedrooms are clean and well-presented, featuring comfortable beds with character features and views of the surrounding countryside. There are clothes storage facilities and hanging space in both bedrooms, as well as hanging space in the hall. Fans are provided for cooling during the summer, and there is adequate heating for the winter months.
Please note that there is no dedicated garden or outside space specifically for guests of The Annexe.
Upon arrival, fresh bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. We can accommodate one child under 3 at no extra charge, and upon request, we can provide a cot and highchair. Our rates include electric, linen, towels, heating, after-stay cleaning, and local tourist taxes, with no additional charges.
Chadalais is a charming village and a great place for a short evening walk or to explore the beautiful Limousin countryside. We are conveniently located a short drive away from several towns and villages that offer a variety of dining options, as well as shops, bars, and cafes. Our guest information provides dining recommendations.
Please note that we do not offer a served or buffet breakfast due to the varying requirements of our guests. However, we include a self-serve continental breakfast in your room with the standard rental rate. This includes pastries, tea/coffee, and fruit juice.
