The studio has its own entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette, complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom features a spacious 160 cm shower with chromatic lights, while outside, a terrace shaded by a lovely apricot tree awaits you with a table and chairs. Just a few steps away, you can access the relaxing jacuzzi area in the garden.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable 140 cm bed with high-quality bedding, as well as a convertible sofa bed for an extra guest. A flat-screen TV is also provided for your entertainment. Bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are all provided for your convenience.

In the morning, enjoy a courtesy tray filled with breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, pastries, jams, and fruit juice. Stay connected with the free wifi access and park your car for free right in front of the property.

The apartment features its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a convertible sofa, a meticulously decorated bedroom, and a bathroom with a 140 cm shower and chromatic lights. Enjoy the ground floor terrace with a table and chairs. Access to the jacuzzi relaxation area is just a few steps away through the garden.
