You can rent our idyllic cottage all year round for various occasions such as holidays, weekends, or business trips. The cottage is situated on a beautiful property surrounded by water and has a 4-ear rating. It offers a spacious 90 m2 area and can accommodate up to 5 people. The property also includes a secure and enclosed parking area. Located just 6 kms from BRIONNE and near the BEC HELLOUIN, one of the most picturesque villages in France, our cottage guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay. Furthermore, it is conveniently located near a greenway for hiking and is part of the Natura 2000 classified area. There are charming villages nearby, showcasing rich heritage and numerous attractions. In addition to the cottage, we are delighted to offer you a tour of our XIIth century mill, bread oven, wash-house, and delightful small campaign-style toilet upon your request. This site receives an average of 1,000 visitors per year during Heritage Days and various other visits.All our guests have described their stay here as being in an annex of paradise. If you wish, there is a spa facility just 4 kms away and an organic permaculture farm only 3 kms away. Golf enthusiasts can find a course just a few kilometers from us. We also have a family room available on the property for special occasions. Additionally, there is a second cottage on the same property, completely independent from the first one, called the "Nonsense of the Mill Park." This cottage has a 3-ear rating and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a charming Norman style.

This gite offers a spacious room that combines a dining area and a sitting area. It is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a fully functional kitchen including a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave oven, hood, desk, and a separate toilet.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds measuring 90/200, along with a dressing area. The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 90/200, and the third bedroom has two twin beds measuring 90/190. There is also a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
